Considering the Season and the fact that I did all of my shopping on-line, I don't remember what I bought from Smart Bargains but have bought from them before and probably will continue to do so. Have always had satisfactory service and, except for 1 item I went ahead and kept, all items purchased have been as expected or better.

I was charged a fee to return the item even though it wasn't as shown in the catalog. There shouldn't have been a charge to return an item that wasn't as described. The return policy should be changed when the product is not as advertised. I will probably not order from them again,

I wish I had been able to get a higher thread count for the $$ spent on my cotton sateen sheet set. However, I did show my sister the great price on the "hotel flannel" sheet set purchased as a gift for my son, and recommended SmartBargains as a good value. She then purchased a set of flannel sheets for herself on my recommendation. Funny thing; in conversation with my farrier (horseshoer), he found SmartBargains as a bedding source from his son in Georgia - and I had already been buying sheets and towels from SmartBargains for more than 2 years.

Rug was described as 4 x 6 foot, it was 42" x 66" Customer service didn't KNOW WHY it was that way. Offered no-cost return of 10% off which was OK but a week latter when we checked they were still advertising a 4 x 6 rug!!!!

Overall the bargain I thought I was getting, simply was not! As a consumer, the manufacturer had warnings on their product to such an extreme that it seem pointless that it was even produced. I doubt Smart Bargains realized the instructions were loaded with warnings. The quality and price made the electric blankets I purchase a great bargain, but the product itself wouldn't work for my family and it was a total waste of time.

Shopping was easy and I able to get free shipping The duvet cover was much nicer than it looked in the picture because some of the details didn't show up. There were actually thin thread-like lines on top of the larger stripes. The fabric is very rich looking. This is a wonderful duvet cover and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
