shoes arrived in wrong size, and damaged in such a way that it was clear that the packing inserts had been removed, then forced back into the shoe.

I was very happy with my experience at SmartBargains. I paid using Paypal, so I felt totally comfortable with the financial part of the transaction. If possible, I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND signing up for their emails at least a day or two before making your first purchase, because you get links to constant sales and savings that are way better than the initial 10% off (if I had known I could have saved an extra $30 on my order, sigh). If you know what you're looking for, they do have some current items at great prices, and the shipping is priced fairly. My handbag came quickly and in perfect condition, with the dustbag and everything.

I buy 90% of my online products from Smart Bargains and I have never been dissatisfied. I always have a great shopping and buying experience. Smart Bargains is always my first go-to site for shopping. My only wish is that they would bring in higher end clothes and shoes.

Shopping at Smart Bargains is a good experience until I had to pay extra for returning the damaged item. I not only had to pay a discounted UPS fee, but then I had to pay extra for UPS to package the item that was considered oversized. All totaled it cost me $24 shipping charges. This makes me reluctant to order on line. There are companies that do not charge shipping fees to or return. I will do my business with them.

Have made many purchases and this was first one I did not receive although they said it was delivered to my front door according to UPS. SmartBargains sent me a form to start a tracking of package, but what good is it if UPS says they delivered to my front door. This has been almost 2 weeks ago.

The item was never shipped. When I called customer service,she would look into it & call back. Never rec'd call back. Contacted customer service again. Now was told no longer available on 10/19. It was ordered 10/5 & was to be a gift. Nothing offered to compensate, such as similar item at the price I would've paid. Also sent email to CEO--no response.

These sheets where not listed as being wrinkle free and I abhore wrinkled sheets but I kept them only because the price was excellent considering that they where 100% cotton.In the past I bought a set of dishes (Gibson) that broke apart all by themselves unlike a set of "Mikasa" that almost appear to be bullet proof earthware but I guess the difference is that one is made in china and the latter is from Japan.I now need dishes but Mikasa is the only brand I'll buy--if it's not made in china.
