I have had the worst experience with this site. I was a first time customer. I made a purchase and they sent me the wrong thing.
It was not even the same style in a different color. It was just all out wrong. Almost like they just shipped me the first thing they saw.
So i called customer service and waited on hold forever. Finally I got a rude rep who barely listened to a word I said. I had to repeat myself several times. After she finally decided to listen, she told me she would send me a UPS label to my email acct. It should be there in about an hour. So I waited a little over an hour before I checked. Oh and guess what it was not there. So then I called again. I had a shorted wait , but another rude rep. He was very sarcastic. He sent me the label and I waited on the phone to make sure it went through. I shipped back the item the very next day. They recv'd it on 7/28 and I am still waiting for a refund. I called again and the rep told me to wait for the full 10 days. That was fair. So now the full 10 days have passed and I still have no refund. So guess what I called again. The customer service rep tells me she has no idea why I have not gotten my money, so she has to send something to Corporate and they should get back to me with in 3-5 business days. So basically it will take about 30 days for a refund. I will never order from this site again. I have told all of my friends and family about the experience that I have had with them. These are the same friends and family that I told to go on the site, before I had this issue.
