Placed an order for a pair of jeans. I cancelled the order, but then immediately contacted them to not cancel the jeans. I was told that it definitely would be processed, no problem. At the same time, the jeans had gone down in price by quite a bit to 29.99. They said they could give me a store credit for the difference, which I said was fine. I was going to use the credit to order another pair as a gift. Unfortunately, the credit never came and the next day, the jeans went back up in price.
A day later the original order mysteriously got cancelled because the item became "unavailable." I called back and they said none of those jeans are available anymore, and that they couldn't substitute a very similar pair from the same brand nor could they locate the ones that I had originally ordered... but that if they came back into stock, I could get it at the 29.99 price.
A day later, the exact pair goes back into stock (big surprise). I call in to order them: but I get the runaround, and the best they could do was to give it to me at the price I originally ordered at. Talking to the supervisor didn't help either. And All of a sudden, no record of the price difference/credit ever being requested coul be found.. another big surprise.
