I ordered one pair of shoes and several pieces of jewelry. I sent the shoes and most of the jewelry back. The jewelry looked cheap as unacceptable to be given as a gift. It is unlikely I will purchase from SmartBargains again. The quality of the product was poor and the cost to return the product was outrageous.

Smartbargains has great prices if you can get them for the price you see. In the last month I have tried to purchase items and after I put them in my cart the price changes. After contacting Smartbargains they tell me that the prices and promotions update automatically and that they can't control the price change. This has happened with 6 items I have tried to purchase. Including the Black Diamond Earrings. If you are willing to take the chance and try to get the item knowing the price might change then you can get a get deal but sometimes I'm not willing to play the game.
