I have been a Skinstore.com customer for at least 3 years and place about 5 orders per year, so I have a lot of experience with this company.  They have a great selection.  Their prices are generally as good, if not better, than what you would find at one of their competitors.  I've NEVER had an order delayed and I've NEVER been missing anything from one of my orders.  They are truly batting 1000.  Usually, even using the Free Shipping option, I receive my order within a few days.  For example, I placed an order on Friday and just received it on Tuesday, even though yesterday was Memorial Day (no mail service).  I've only had to call their customer service once and it was because I made a mistake entering a different shipping address and they promptly took care of it.  They ship free samples with each order.  They also have a fantastic little rewards program.  Every dollar you spend earns you a reward point.  When you have spent $300, or have accumilated 300 rewards points; you receive an automatic $30 certificate to use with your next order, even if that order is for only $30 worth of stuff.  I love this place!  They have even started selling some good, reliable, but not high end products, as of late, such as Ponds & Neutrogena.  This is a trustworthy and reliable company.  You will probably find exactly what you are looking for, at a fair and decent price, and you won't have to wait long to receive your order.  Yes, some of their stuff is pricey, but the pricey items would be just as pricey, if not pricier, at a competitor of Skinstore.com's.
