I am a repeat customer at Skinstore.com since October 2007. In fact, I am buying all my skincares supplies from them. I am surprise to see some of the negative reviews, maybe I am just lucky or the store has improved over the years.

The pros:
First, they have an amazing selection of skincare products, some of which are even difficult to find elsewhere.
Second, Their price is hard to beat. I came to this conclusion after doing numerous search on the internet. They offer 10% off all the time if you open an account, and they are constantly offering a 20% off discount. I usually wait for the 20% off to restock. Also they offer reward points for every purchase, basically you get $30 for every $300 spent.
Third, Shipping is free for order over $49. Delivery is super fast, usually my order were shipped out the second business day.
Lastly but not leat, the products are fresh and I always get generous amount of samples. 

Now the cons
My biggest complaint is that the free shipping has to be over $49 after discount, which used to be unlimited.
Second, their make up selection is to be desired. Most brands that can be found in department stores are not carried.
 
Tips: If you have a cash back account, make sure you take advantage of the cash back. The store is offering 8% cash back on top of their usual discount. Also, take advantage of the online advisory. They have experts that offer recommendation and advice based on your individual needs.   

Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this store.
