Very good pricing, especially when you take advantage of discount offers. The website can be a bit frustrating to navigate if you want to shop all the products a brand has to offer. You can't really browse - you must look at each individual item on it's own page, making it time consuming to find a new product you might want to try.

Everything so far has been exceptional!! Especially the ability to speak to a licensed esthetician. The orders take a little longer to arrive than I expected, but it is Canada. Have only had to phone once with regards to "where's my order". One major stumbling block is the fact that some of your merchants will not allow their merchandise to be shipped to Canada, which is unfortunate, because I would be purchasing a lot more from SkinCareRx. In that particular case, I placed an order with Dermstore.ca. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.

Completely shocked at the size of the product for the price! Perhaps it was my mistake, however, the size of the product I ordered was miniscule compared with how it looked on the webpage. It is a product I've been using for years and was expecting the same size container as I've been using. Especially given the price. I WILL NOT order from that company again.
