I received my product but the top is broken so I cannot use it. I called and they said they would send me a new one in the mail with a return slip for the old one. I have not recieved the new one yet. Thinking about cancelling the whole order...frustrating!

Shopping was easy on your website. However, the IS clinical products are full price. I have purchased them on another website for much less and also received a free gift. Thank you for the gift of sunblock. I love IS Clinical products, they are the only skin care line that works for me. I originally found them at a local plastic surgeon's office, but could never get them again for the past several years. I went online and now they are available at many skin care websites. Some sites seem to be sold out and not have the l oz products available. They are worth the price because they work.
