the worst experience ever.i purchased two pairs of skate for Christmas gifts. the order was shipped on time,but when i received the skates one pair looked like it was used. it had water stains with some rust on the blades, box was very beat up and on the inside of the skates there were fuzz balls from someone else's socks.i could not give that as a gift.i tried for few days to get the authorization number in order to send them back no one answered after a while I finally got it. i mailed the skates back. they received them on Jan 5,2004 and as of now there is no refund. i tried e-mailing calling and everything else possible, they are unreachable. there are no live people to answer their phone only if you are placing an order.i even called them, they told me that they are located in a different location and can only take my information and someone maybe will call me back. no one ever does. i left numerous messages and emails, no one ever calls back.now is the end of march and no refund. meantime on their website they state money back guarantee in 15 days. be careful of these people. they are very dishonest.finally i called my bank to dispute the charges. hopefully they will help.
