They are by far the best shopping site for Pet Needs on the net. I have tried quite a few and no one compares. When they give you a delivery date, that's when you get it. If they are out of something, they don't just send your order on with what they have, they email you of the problem so you can substitute if need be. These people know and love dogs and it shows.

Great place for dog owners to get lots of information and quality equipment. No problems returning items. And they always send you a sample of dog treats and the cutest animal note cards and envelopes. Wish they had a catalog.

GREATLY appreciate their UPS option and do not use some companies that ship other ways. I ALWAYS have trouble with FedEx deliveries. My only problem is that SitStay often ships a number of days after the order is placed. So even though the shipping may be extremely quick through UPS --- it is delayed several days before it ever gets going.

I liked selection and, especially, commentaries. I found links within the product description very helpful and to the point (for example, I was looking for Greenies and there was a note that SitStay.com dogs do not use any because they're on the BARF diet. One click on the BARF and I was surfing for the info on the subject - from books, to suggestions, to product offers. It was great!) I bought Salmon Jerky treats for my dog and he says "it's to die for" - great thing for training. Unfortunately, I found some products are a bit too pricey. And S&H charges often eliminate any saving advantages. For example, the same car divider/dog barrier I bought through SitStay.com was $7 more in another catalog, but I would've have it delivered for $12 versus almost $40 I've paid on my order from SitStay.com Obviously, next time it'll be a point of consideration. Other than that - I love going to your site, even if I don't buy something each time, I can expect to find new and interesting information. Sincerely, Inna Tsukrov

I've been buying pet supplies from sitstay,com for several years. I keep coming back to them because they have a wide range of stuff and it's all top quality. Items are described fully and minus marketing hype. Everything is shipped when they say it will be and packages arrive in good order. Plus, they throw in free samples of treats which my dog always appreciates. As far as a carrier is concerned, it makes no difference to me. I'm usually looking for the cheapest.

I have been a shopper at Sit Stay for several years. They are very professional. I always get my orders on time and they do the best of ANY on-line store to get your order right. If they make a mistake, which is very rare, they make it right without any kind of hassle. There are other on-line stores that carry the same products at less cost, but I want the dependability that I have come to count on, so I place at least 2 orders a month with them.
