I have both ordered and returned to Sitstay. Their site is easy to navigate and descriptions of items are clear and honest. My orders are filled correctly and promptly. They email to let me know they have received my order, and again when my items are shipped. When I returned something, they let me know it had arrived, and promptly recredited my charge card. The quality of the items is tremendous. I really love this site, their service and their warm snese of humour.

Our breeder told us she gives her Alaskan Klee Kais the bag o beef sticks for their chewing treats (instead of undigestible products that can cause problems like rawhide). They are mini huskies basically, so they are pretty small, they love the beef stix! And now our little dog can still have her treats that she was used to and she is one happy dog!

For the prices I paid, I was actually disappointed in my order. For $21.50 I hardly got the quantity of things I can get at my usual local store, the achilles tendons were very tiny for their price. I can buy achilles tendons 3 times that size for just a few pennys more. I will unfortunately not be buying again from sitstay. I don't think it is worth the money and I can just go to my local store and get much better quantity of items for the same price.

Overall, I am pleased with my order, however, I am extremely upset at the high shipping cost for three patches. I believe I paid $4 and they were shipped in a mailer envelope with an $0.83 stamp! I seriously feel ripped off! I realize it is only a few dollars, but if I am being ripped off on shipping, how else does this company rip off the customer?
