Now that Radio Systems has purchased Premier, I would like to see SitStay.com offer the Freedom Harness. I will no longer purchase the EasyWalk Harness, as I don't want to support companies that sell shock collars. I only purchased the Easy Walk this time because my clients wanted to replace a harness their dog had chewed up.

Shopping at SitStay.com has always been hassle-free, and their merchandise is dependably very good. My only disappointment is that they can't offer every little thing that I want/need for our critters.

I love shopping at SitStay.com. The product that I ordered most recently is backordered, which I learned through an email from the company the next day. The email gave me choices as to how to proceed with the order, with waiting for the backordered product to come in being the default. While it would have been nice to know about the backorder situation before placing the order, the promptness and convenience of the way it was handled were appreciated. Missing was any estimate of when the order would be filled, but if that is unknown to SitStay, then I appreciate that they didn't just make something up. My dog loves this product and looks forward to receiving it soon.

I have always had excellent experiences with SitStay. We relocated last year and I inadvertently forgot to change the home delivery address. My food order went to Memphis and we are now in the Boston Ma area. Sitstay responded quickly to ship out new food and were gracious and understanding. They work to develop a strong connection with a remote customer. I feel I know the company and store. My only wish is they had a local store:)
