Tried to Get the collar overnight. Because of the immediate need, the doctor was able to supply a solution locally. Customer service did an excellant job of cancelling and contacting us regarding the order.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Please switch carriers. UPS is the worst carrier out there. Items would arrive faster if you used FedEx. UPS only moves packages 5 days a week and slow things down. FedEx moves pacakges 7 days a week.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

SitStay has excellent customer service. Their confirmation emails are very helpful. Love the box it arrived in. Everything was ontime and great quality. Website is easy to navigate and their search engine is wonderful. I will definitely be ordering from them again! I had a pawsitively awesome shopping experience. The site offers excellent selection: I could not find slip leads anywhere else. The supplements were not what I expected (plant extracts vs. regular vitamins) but they are satisfactory- maybe I didn't read the product info closely enough. The delivery time was very poor - it took like 5 working days to get my stuff. Unusual. You should change carriers. FedX 3 day select?  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Did not have item in stock. I responded Immediately to email requesting order cancellation - no response. I tried again the next day and no response. I emailed a final third time the following day - nothing. Absolutey the worst customer service I have every experienced.
