Very smooth transaction. We bought a 3 piece nursery furniture set from Simplybabyfurniture.com, the manufacturer was ChildCraft, having spoken to their helpful furniture expert. There was a small scratch on the side of the changing table, which was very easily fixed by telling their customer services about the issue and a replacement part was promptly sent to us free of charge. The customer service ladies I spoke with in the process were extremely helpful and went out of their way to keep us informed all the way along the process of getting the replacement as well as the original shipment. Teresa, you are awesome, thanks so much. Their website is very easy to browse and buy from and the advice we get was priceless. Having been to all of the other sites selling baby products we liked the fact that we could see just baby furniture and that's all. To sum up: we got a great deal from them and excellent service. I would certainly recommend them and would buy from them again, in fact we get 5% off toys once we bought the set...so come Christmas time I will be buying from them again, they have a great selection of wooden toys! Now where do I get bedding and get the same value and service?
