i saw that they were giving away a free necklace and charm. when i did not get it in my order,i inquired about it. they told me that if i bought from ebay i was not intitled to it. i wrote back and told them i had not purchased my things from ebay. i ordered from the web site .silver shake .com. i haven't got a response from them either way as to when or if i will recieve this free gift.

My only problem has been that the rings are not always sized properly and I have requested that this be checked before mailing......however, the last shipment AGAIN had sent rings that were too small for my ring finger. I do not have time to bother with returning, etc.....but it is important that this be brought to attention once again. Your rings are fantastic, but it is frustrating to say the least!

Shipping took two and a half weeks, but I did expect that, and it was *no* problem! The items I received were excellent quality, nothing cheesy. The packaging was very secure. Shipping cost is excellent, given that everything you buy will be shipped for $4.99, flat rate. I will definitely be shopping again, and looking forward to making new purchases! Thank you!! The experience was excellent for all but one thing and that is one of the rings were broken in one of the joins and the silver used for the other joins on same ring have a yellow/gold colour to them.I havent bothered with contacting them for a replacement though as in cases like this i have to pay for postage there and back for a replacement, therefore it is not worth it for a fairly low priced item. Other than this small problem i was very happy and would nuy from again.
