Silvershake was by far the worst shopping experience of my life. I ordered goods in January 07 and am still waiting for either a refund or replacement (November 07). Customer services e-mails became more and more unfriendly and unhelpful as the correspondence went on.

I ordered 6 pairs of earings for my bridal party. The earings took a very long time to arrive. I e-mailed to find out why they were taking so long. I was given the excuse that the earings were held in customs and had to be transfered to 3 countries then finally to Texas and then finally to me. This seems a little ridiculous to me considering they were not even real stones in the earings. They were about $3.00 a pair. Unfortunately they did not come until the week after my wedding. Waste of my time and money!

It's easy shopping at SilverShake (almost too easy to spend lots of money!). They have a great range at great prices and I really enjoy browsing through their range. The categories are helpful to find particular styles and they way you can narrow down your search by eliminating elements you don't want (e.g. with or without gemstones) is also a great feature of the website. All in all it's a great site with great stuff.
