We love our Exposed Shower unit. My plumber was so impressed with the quality, he is going to add Signature to his customer list. The customer service I recieved when I had to exchange a part was excellent! I used Signature when I remodeled my kitchen a few years ago, and this year to remodel our bathroom. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for items to build or remodel.

Great website. Very user friendly. I was somewhat disappointed with the fact that free shipping is offered with orders of $50.00 or more and my order totaled just under $5o.00. I guess you can't have everything.

Sink came immediately. Waited 3 months for faucet, but it was worth it. Sink was defective, but was replaced with no trouble. Products are gorgeous.

Backorder of 7/5/11 was indicated and this was good. Online information then showed 9/1/11. When I called and cancelled because of this, the CR told me it was in and would ship the next day probably. When I checked back, Patricia S. (different CR) told me they were not in and were backordered to 9/1/11. I had to cancel as I had indicated to the first CR that this was a need to have the next 7-10 days as a plumber was scheduled according to the backorder date of 7/5/11 and his word. I may look at this site again, but I am not sure.

Disappointed with my experience. Lack of details and measurements for products a big problem. I was told there were no instructions or spec sheets for the faucet which has arrived. Totally untrue. Instructions and links to PDF files of specs and parts on the Internet were in the box, supplied by the manufacturer. Spent over $2000 on my initial order and repeated attempts to get details on products went unanswered. Aggressive pricing will not in the future overcome the lack of important product details needed for assurance the product will work for the purpose intended for me. Still waiting for one back-ordered item.

The website was easy to use. The lounge arrived far faster than I expected. However the bolts to put it together weren't right. I called customer service, emailed pictures 3 days ago, and am now waiting to hear back from them as to what they plan to do. Meanwhile it's sitting in my garage forcing me to park outside.

The package was heavely damaged. Their was no need to return the toilet because it was unharmed. I suggest a heavyer type of cardboard for that type of product or more foam on the sides. It only had foam on the corners.
