We recieved the 2 vessel sinks and one was the wrong sink. I was very unsatisfied with the customer service representative I talked to. She told me I had to take a picture of the wrong sink and send it with an attachment. I do not know how to do that. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. His name was Don. He took care to see that I got the right order. Because of him, I would consider ordering ordering from your comapany again.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

My order was rapidly filled and delivered. The email notification was very timely. I do believe though, that the door knob set was assembled backwards. With the locking half installed on the inside of the door, the handle should move (rotate) downwards to open the door. Mine must be moved upwards. The product arrived damaged by the freight company. Customer service requested I email pictures, problem resolved in less than two hours. New vanity is being shipped. Signature Hardware has been excellent to deal with, it's the freight carrier who caused the damage. The vanity was packaged well and strapped to a pallet, so how the box got a gouge in the side would be due to the mishandling of the freight company.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
