We received the shelf promptly and in good condition but we were not able to use the hardware supplied to hang the shelf. A second set of hardware was mailed and that too would not hang the shelf, so we returned the item. The item was most unsatisfactory, but the customer service was excellent

It was very difficult to find a specially wide shower curtain. Nobody puts sizes on their site. I was luck that signature referenced other sizes or I may not have found it on their site either.

I had no problems - I originally was going to return the shower rod but because of the 20% re-stocking fee changed my mind. Found the extenders which allowed the rod to be the correct size for our shower. Ended up buying a new ceiling support after deciding we had the curtain too high.

received shower rod damaged and had to call for replacement lady I spoke to was very nice and understanding in trying to remedy the situation

Merchandise arrived quickly. The shower curtain rod had a couple of small scratches and one of the brackets was not "finished" inside. It has a sharp edge of metal exposed. We have not pursued trying to get the bracket replaced yet, so I cannot comment on their customer service in that respect.

I found exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Product is out of stock at the moment but expected soon. They were up front about the delay and I have no problem with that. Would definitely check here when needing to order the products they carry.

BUYER BEWARE. Purchased a pedestal sink from Signature Hardware (a.k.a. Clawfoot) when plumber started to put faucet into sink, the porcelin finish started to chip off. Contacted customer service and was told the sink was ours and that they would be more than happy to sell us a second sink without refunding the defective one.

I sent an email as soon as I got the products, but was disappointed because noone responded to me. The toilet brush was the correct color. However, the garbage can was not. I still don't know how to return it or how to get the right one. I would appreciate some information about that. Thank you.

Experience was great. i did receive an email saying that it would be FedExed and would require a signiture. This didn't happen and I'm greatful. This happened from another vendor and the FedEx guy kept coming while I was at work..so no signiture. I then had to go over to Fayetteville to pick up up package or they were sending it back to the vendor--120 mile round trip! I even left them a note with a signiture on what to do but that wasn't good enough. Recommend not to use this shipping method if you can avoid it.

I ordered a faucet which arrived quickly but with absolutely no paperwork. I have complained twice that I consider the order to be incomplete unless I receive information which would allow me to perform basic maintenance upon the faucet in years to come (i.e., parts list, schematic drawing, installation and maintenance instructions). According to Signature Hardware, I cannot unilaterally just return the faucet without incurring a 20% restocking fee -- even though this order arrived unusable by industry standards! I am still awaiting a satisfactory answer and meanwhile am living without a kitchen faucet.
