I did not know anything about Signature hardware until I was looking for air duct grills for my at home office. They have a wonderful selection and the prices vary so you can find something comparable to your needs. They ship very fast and the info on tracking is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and will shop here again.

Wonderful Product, fit perfectly and we were able to match the color exactly for the restoration of the 10/14/1900 tub. It was easy to install and just perfect to bring the grandjuer back to this tub. Shopping and shipping were fast and super easy, prices were comparable, and I will shop at this store again.

The first sink finish that I ordered, the merchant said was backordered. For 6 months I received a monthly email noting that the sink was still backordered and that no delivery time was expected. Then I received a voicemail message noting that the order was cancelled because they were not going to be getting this finish any longer. I ordered a different sink finish, and immediately received another backordered/cancelled message because all the sinks in stock were defective in the finish. I tried to ordered a third sink finish, and had the same problem. I seriously doubt at this point whether any of the remaining Kalina Square sinks in any finish don't have a defect. If Signature Hardware gets a new shipment of sinks, which I was told they do not anticipate, and when they do, it will take at least 4 months, I will have to see whether I have already found something else somewhere else.

HI Signature itself was great. The bath tub instructions were (are) horrible even for a seasoned plumber. We did call the help line and we are still in process.

Quality of products is good, but would like to see more American made items. Everything arrived in a timely manner and was in good condition. Signature Hardware seems to have a fairly extensive selection of items. I will shop there again when I am ready to renovate my kitchen.

They sent me the Fed Ex label to return the wrong item (which I did), and the shipped the right item...which I received yesterday, and it is now on the wall, in use.

I've ordered the following items from signature hardware:

1) 65" freestanding tub
2) one piece siphonic toilet
3) Thermostatic shower panel
4) towel warmer

Pros:

1) Items were delivered quickly
2) Easy to place an order
3) Easy to reach customer service

Cons:

1) Toilet arrived broken 2 times - The third one had only a slight chip inside of a tank so we accepted it.
2) Thermostatic shower panel had malfunctioning thermostat - I could not get any warm or hot water out of it at any thermostat setting. This was a very expensive piece of  equipment - the entire shower was designed for this panel and now I'm unable to use any other type of shower.
3) Company refused to pay for labor charges in connection with their faulty products. Due to poor quality products I've incurred significant additional contractor charges due to removal and re-installation of defective product and experienced significant delays in finishing the project.

This company claims to be selling top of the line hardware (and the prices certainly correspond to the top tier product), but the quality and support is not up to par.

I would not order from this company again and I do NOT recommend this company.

Not Signature Hardware's problem but the manufacturer should have included a template for aligning wall brackets as they had to be precise. I had to design my own template on large sheet of paper. Other than that everything was fine.

Excellent purchase experience. My items arrived within a week and 1/2 and were in good condition. I even received a phone call to ensure that I would be home on the day of delivery, which I appreciated. Some companies dont call and when you get home you have a note, stating that they missed you. Overall great experience and I would deffinately shop here again.

Customer service terrific helping me find odd sized product I needed (they had it, I just couldn't figure out what would work) First time I have shopped with Signature and so very very pleased!! And free shipping with low purchase amount. I could not be more pleased with the products, the service etc. Will be my new "antique" shopping site!!

My problem is with their online ordering forms rather than their service. While ordering a circular needle there are three or four drop down order options. These drop down menus change your selection if you use your scroll button. I had my initial order length of cable changed. I returned item and paid for more shipping then the length of the needle was wrong. At that point I gave up. Yes, it's my responsibility to check my final order but it shouldn't be so easy to screw their order process up! Twice! And, you will ask I'm sure, I am very internet savy and order online all the time. I've been online since the late 1980s.
