This firm is an excellent source of merchandise with friendly customer service, great selection and prices. Returns are handled fast and refund is prompt. outstanding service, good price, perfect sizing, fast delivery across the world, totally recommended, but then this is the 6th order I have placed with Sierra from New Zealand so I guess by now they know I'm a happy customer. your survey regarding delivery does not have an antery for "delivered much faster than expected" else I would have selected that.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Once again, the item I got was not quite the right size. This is the third or fourth time I've gotten things from STP that fit differently than other things I normally buy in that size. What I object to most is that, even though these are sizes I normally wear - but STP seems to have items that are oddly sized - I have to pay shipping both ways. In the case of my most recent purchase it was over $20. So I paid $20 to try something on... Until the shipping thing changes, I'm not shopping at Sierra Trading Post any longer. I've been burned on it too many times.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
