There are always many high quality items available to purchase that are deeply discounted and I often look just to see what is there now. It is also a great place to look for gifts. Things that are not as expected or that do not fit are very easy to return.

Website easy to navigate, customer reviews are helpful. If necessary, returns are accepted at minimal shipping cost, exchanges are shipped free. On two occasions there were website glitches which were resolved with a simple phone call, plus I was sent an e-coupon to compensate for my trouble.

I've shopped at STP for years. I hate to go into stores, so I frequently turn to them for clothing and sometimes linens. My favorite thing is being able to read other customer's reviews before I buy. Because I'm not trying things on, it's very useful to have other's feedback about fit, etc. I like that the brands STP stocks are among my favorites (and you can filter by brand when shopping) and the savings are good.

This website carries unheard of deals and shipping is literally overnight. I am able to afford styles and items that I would not be able to purchase retail and at retail pricing. I LOVE this place and will be a long time customer.

Somehow, I placed my order online and I orders the wrong item. I realize it within minutes of placing the order send and Email to support but they can't read it, so I send another. I don't hear back re: the second email so I send a third, with no response. I receive my order with what was on the original order so now, as of this writing, I need to start a return. Online modification of orders in process could have solved this, but the items that showed up are good as was the other parts of the process.

I used the 'chat' service to ask about returning the shoes if they don't fit (a gift for my son) and how long I have to do this. The rep was very helpful and assured me I could return them, and that I had a fair bit of time to do so. After (I forget exactly.. a few months?) I would still be able to return them for credit. This is a great company!
