Great, very fast service & quick shipping to Canada. The only complaint that I have is there were no "shipping materials" in the package, just the dog toys, and the box was a bit on the large size for what was in it. Shopping with this vendor is a pleasure. The merchandise is always changing and the prices are an incentive. The guarantee policy is also wonderful as I live in Canada and cannot always manage those 30-day limits other companies uphold. this is THE best site to buy outdoor clothes, camping equipment,skiing clothes etc., hiking clothes and equipment, love the gramicci pants wish they would make some like they did in 2002. Those are by far the best winter gramicci pants we have ever had. Could you start carrying the brand from Canada called Valhalla Pure;these pants rock big time.
