Sierra Trading Post

All items shipped to my home were either damaged or had been worn by someone else. Each box was missing the HS Trask registration paperwork. I can say the items looked like they were seconds or had been returned before. The shoes were previously returned for defect. The boots were not sewn completely. The second pair of boots sent to replace the first pair was returned previously from another party. I just kept them as it was cheaper to keep them and send them directly to HS Trask for replacement / repair of the soles and reconditioning of the leather uppers. I will NEVER order form your store again. PLEASE REMOVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FROM YOUR MAILING LIST.

Although the selection of good brands in my size (size 4) can sometimes be limited, the items that are available are consistently a good value. The service is very good. I will continue to shop at this online merchant. I have never had any service issues with this merchant, including on the few returns I have made.

Very good price which makes up for the delay in receiving theitem. The color and quality weren't exactly what I was expecting so it wasn't love at first sight but I grew to appreciate the bag. Now I really like it!!!

Shopping at Sierra Trading Post was the most enjoyable online shopping experience I've ever had! I purchased a pair of Sorel winter boots and when buying footwear, I'm always skeptical about whether the fit will be okay. At Sierra Trading Post, they described the fit in a way that helped my decision become more than a guess! I liked how they described some shoes as "runs large - order one size smaller" or "runs small - order larger". The descriptions of all the features of the boots were quite informative as well. Truly so helpful when trying them on is not an option! I also contacted customer services via their live chat feature on the website and received a response within 5 seconds.. Very impressive! I got the answer I was looking for and signed off the chat less than 5 minutes later. And, the prices were awesome! Again, it was truly an extremely enjoyable experience. The only drawback (and this isn't about STP) is that I live in Canada and shipping costs a lot!

An $80 top arrived with stains all over the front of it. Something tells me this merchant deals in seconds, discontinued and slightly damaged merchandise. I was shopping for quality for a special event and was very disappointed. The other top was grossly missized. Sleeves too tight and bodice too long.
