I originally ordered 24 shutter clips on line. The next day, I realized I would need more clips and called the 1-800 number to modify my order from 24 to 60 shutter clips. The 1-800 operator increased my order and the charge to my credit card. Within a week, I received shipment of the first 24 shutter clips. I called ShutterContractor.com inquiring about the remaining 36 shutter clips. The 1-800 operator assured me Alcoa was shipping the remaining clips and they were shipped 9/23/11. As of 10/2/11, I still have not received the 36 shutter clips. I will be contacting ShutterContractor.com tomorrow for updated status regarding the outstanding shutter clip order.

We ordered shutters twice on line and chose the measurements of them to what we needed, however, when we received them (both times) they were not the exact size we ordered - the first time we had ordered a width of 14", they were 12". the 2nd time we had ordered a width of 9 3/4 - they came as 9". It worked okay for our house, but the sizes we wanted would have looked a little better.
