I did email them to ask them if they'd match the price of ink cartridges at another online site, but they never did respond back to my email so I purchased them elsewhere. I was hoping they'd match the price since I already had free shipping with them.

I actually made a mistake when ordering the item. I entered Visa when it was a Mastercard. I received an email stating that my credit card was denied and Shoplet called me and took care of it immediately. I am very satisfied! Great job!

Five minutes after I placed my order, I requested to change the quantity from two to three. I put my order number and my phone number and asked the shop to call me. Nothing was done to request. I do not think this is a good shopping experience.

I ordered a particular Canon printer which was shown on their web site as "in stock". However, when the confirmation came out, it then showed the item as "discontinued-out of stock". I then received a back-order notice. My order was then cancelled and I had to start all over again to purchase the printer which I wanted from another supplier.

There is an error on your web site. It indicated I was getting 1000 cards. But, it actually was only 250 cards. I found out later after talking with customer service that if I clicked on the next screen for the product, it showed the pack included only 250 cards. It was not necessary to click on this next screen and I did not do so. I was unhappy to receive only 250 cards. They did not honor the 1000 cards as indicated on the web site, even though I showed them where it indicated so. I did get a return authorization and I expect to get a refund. I subsequently had to re-order different business card stock. I am happy with the price and delivery of the packaging tape, and have placed a second order for other items as well.
