My only complaint is that they did not have a picture of the adapter. The adapter that I ordered did not work in the application I needed. Had there been a picture I would have seen the problem and not ordered it. That is why I answered that I did not receive the expected products. It was my error on the order, but I still do not have what I need.

The website was easy to use. I would recommend having a shipping option to use our account for shipping, it is cheaper for us. I was not happy: I placed the order on 6-29, and I received an email on 6-30 stating the item ordered was on backstock, They recommended a different product, that did not include the same features, I send an email and awaiting a response. I understand it is hard to keep up on web order, as to I oversee one myself, but I would to have liked to have felt more sympathy or compensation upon recommending another product.

It was a great and an unusual occurrence to find the PaperMate / Staedtler  Pro-touch II mechanical pencils for purchase and ESPECIALLY the ERASERS for them (difficult and almost impossible to find, much less buy anywhere) at your store.

Reply communication and delivery of the products were very clear and prompt.

The only criticism I have is that the box the items were sent in was waaaaaaay too big for order.  Having ordered 1/2 dozen pencils and a little over a box of erasers, I expected tthe package  to be able to fit into my regular city-sized mailbox, but then it turned out that the packaging was in a box that was at least, if not larger than  9x15x4h.

Other than that, this was a flawless purchase, service, and delivery.  Thanks very much for this shopping experience.

We have placed several different orders for the same items. The price has changed since the initial order, but by calling customer service we have been able to receive all the same items at the initial price. Shoplet.com is a very user friendly website. Navigating their site and the ordering process was very easy. My only disappointment was that the 10 items were supposed to come in assorted colors. The majority of the flashlights were in blue and black (4 of each). There were 1 each in red and yellow. I would have preferred a more even split between the colors.

I placed an order and the next day rec'd a message saying my card had been declined (which makes no sense) and with a link to re-order the product. When I clicked on the re-order button, I realized that they had the exact order I had placed, which would have normally made me think it was very convenient, except that when I looked closer the price for the items was much higher. They advertised it for $5.80 each and on the re-order it was about $7.90 each. Very sneaky, highly unethical! And I called my bank, my cc had never even been tried for approval!!
