These folks are horrible, I ordered one case of Mr. muscle oven and grill cleaner. One case consist of six cans. I only received four, Which means some one who works for this backwards company had to open my prepacked case and remove two cans of oven cleaner before shipping it to me. I wrote a e-mail to customer service and have yet to receive a response. I cant find a telephone number anywhere to talk to these folks? Stay away from this company , They are bad news.

Avoid this company... I ordered 4 toner cartridges from Amazon. 2 were provided by other companies and 2 were provided by Shoplet. Shoplet made a mistake and sent incorrect cartridges. Unfortunately this mistake was not discovered until after Shoplet's 30 day return policy. In discussions with Customer Service, it was discovered that Shoplet did indeed make the mistake. The mistake was not Amazon or my own. Even with this knowledge, Shoplet refused to fix the issue. Avoid them unless you like to be cheated out of money for their mistake.

Their performance this time was so poor, that I am very reluctant to buy from them ever again. That said, I answered question 7 with a "yes", but that is only because this vendor has a few items I have not found elsewhere, and previous orders have not caused problems. I have two recommendations, they immediately contact any customer if an order is delayed for any reason. 2) All orders be given some kind of tracking information online, so that a phone call is not necessary, or change the response on the vmx tree so that someone can actually get an answer.

It would be nice that if a verification is needed that you would contact the customer to let them know that you need for them to call you to verify your order. Also I have not received all of my order that I submitted through GSA Advantage for electrical tape and I have not been notifed if it is on backorder or what. I here nothing from you.

Within a day of ordering I was notified that the item was back ordered. The next day I was notified that the item was no longer available. I was disappointed, but was happy with the fact that I was told this quickly.

Item listed as "in stock" was not. New customer discount did not apply. The back order email from them had "UPS" in the subject line. Very slick. I should have done a little more reading before I pulled the trigger and I would have found that this is routine business at Shoplet.Com. Consider that if they are sitting on your back order they could be sitting on hundreds for the same item. This means that when their next shipment comes in you may not be in line to get your order. Back ordered again! Regardless of price I choose not to do business this way. The call I made to customer service was quick and painless and I had the cancellation email inside of 60 seconds. Now I can start over.

Shoplet.com has a variety of products, with reasonable prices, that appeal to me. I have shopped here before. Their shipping is extremely fast. I received my order just two days after ordering it. They're the best!

After the order was sent, a request was made from Shoplet for additional information. I provided, but the order was not processed. I called Customer Service, and the order was finally processed. Was to receive last week by Thursday, 05-08. Have not received product yet. Have not been able to contact Customer Service again when I called today, 05-12.

First I needed to replacement dials for X2 scale and got 2 x2 scales with last years replacement dials, sent that back and got 2 replacement dial for last year. The postage went up today and I still need a call back to send back last years replacement dials and get them with 2008 prices.

The information on the Shoplet.com WEB site did not indicate that the part was not available. I placed the order and delayed my continued shopping for the toner for 4 or 5 days waiting on delivery of my toner order. It was not until I inquired about the order status that I was told the part was not available. The info on the Shoplet.com WEB site should more accurately reflect the item availability.
