No problem with the merchant. When the paper was delivered it was requested to be delivered to Room 826 of our building. The Company/Person delivering the order did not want to bring it to the 8th floor, he was told to take the order back, and then it was delivere a couple days later. Unacceptable. All of my purchases will have to be delivered to the ship to address. This is not regotiated. I think using the internet does not fully express that requirement. Possible will have to call from now on before I can place and order.
