I picked shoplet for my order because they had the best price on the internet.  I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon, and it was at my door on Friday!  Impressive.  I opened the package, and although all the info (sku #, order #) was correct, it contained the wrong item.  Customer service set up a return through UPS.  Unfortunately, that process took well over 4 business days and shoplet refused to ship the actual item ordered, until the return was picked up by UPS and processed thru Shoplet.  On the 5th business day the return package had not yet been picked up by UPS.  I called to complain, and to cancel the order completely since Shoplet would not ship my actual item.  The rep made an exception and got my product to ship without having the return processed first - but only after I threatened a cancellation of the order.  I did receive my merchandise -- although it was an entire week later...UPS eventually picked up the original package.  Basically, I was punished waiting for my order due to a shoplet warehouse error...I think that policy should change.  Other than that everything was fine.  Will I order from shoplet again...probably.
