Was lead to believe they had no shipping charges, that is why I tried this store to begin with. When I went to check out I DID have shipping charges, looked everywhere for codes - etc. Very misleading. Even when I asked them about it, they would not refund or discount them.

item arrived in discreet packing materials as requested arrived in a matter of days couldn't be happier with the delivery time have made an additional purchase since my origional purchase whihc was under 14 days ago!!!!!!!!!!! would and will definitly reccomend this site and add a link to my website (i am very confident in their product line and their services) (Note it was all done via the internet very securely)

I still haven't received my product yet. I ordered a different product from a different person and received the product a day after and I expected to receive this item around that time too. But it has been now 10 days and I still don't have the product that I need. I hope it comes when I'm out of town, but it would have been great to have it before I leave. I am very disappointed, I have never had a bad experience from any merchant until now. When I sent them an email they sent me back a response asking if my address was correct because that could be why I haven't received my package. But everything was right, and then shortly after that I get an email with a link to press if I have received my package, but hello I haven't received it yet. I may shop with this merchant again, or I may not. Things just aren't looking too good right now, and I most likely will tell others not to shop thru them.

shopwars had the lower price for the item i was looking for. They also had a variety of products that I may be interested in purchasing in the future but I did not had much time to take a closer look at all the product available. I wonder if the product is authentic since the box referred me to an enclosed pamphlet that was not there. I will probably never shop this way again. The cost of UPS shipping was outlandish ,,I would have rather been given the option to ship USP.
