BAIT AND SWITCH!!! They are the absolute worst company to deal with. No customer service. Pathetic email support. Nothing but a headache from the beginning. Stay away from this pathetic company.

I would never use ShopNBC again, or recommend them to anyone. They are a rip-off organization; charging my credit card for the purchase of a television and the television is mysteriously "missing". ShopNBC claims it is not their problem, the shipper says it is not their problem, UPS has been unable to assist since the shipper will not cooperate. My only recourse now is my credit card company, the State Attorney General, etc. They have over $2,000 of my money and I have no product. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. My time in just trying to locate the product is more valuable.

I just "discovered" ShopNBC about a year ago (moved to a bigger city) and they are awesome! The jewelry they offer puts most of what QVC and HSN have to shame. If you think the prices are high, check out the quality of the stones. Most of what you'll see elsewhere is washed-out. You always get what you pay for. I have purchased a Protron tv (wonderful), a beautiful bedroom ensemble (Graham Paisley), 2 watches (Invicta and Brizo), several Harry Winston pieces, etc. I always order online, use value pay - and no problem. I returned one item (not because of a quality issue) and my credit was issued quickly. Shipping is always amazing fast as well. Also, check out their auction site! I have gotten great bargains there and the customer service on those is excellent. I'm sorry for the folks with a bad experience, but I haven't had any issues. I really prefer them to HSN, QVC, or JTV by far!

Terrible!! I have complained to customer service and discovered (too late) that it is virtually non-existent! They have absolutely no idea what good customer service is! I swear they have not even read my emails, judging from their responses. With that kind of service, it is only a matter of time before they go out of business. Does anyone know who the President of the company is and the address??

My mother ordered a 24k ring and I wore it for a week and noticed a small rub off on the gold and there was silver under it where there is not suppose to be. When she bought it she clarified with the customer service rep that it was pure gold and was told yes. And on the sales receipt it says the same. Obviously not. Now having a hard time getting a hold of someone and problems with returning it.

I have purchased a couple of things from SHOPNBC - all jewelry. Both items were gifts - gold necklaces. One was so cheesy and cheap, it was returned immediately. They do not have the excellent quality of QVC but they have more variety. With the exception of the cool guys who sell watches, the show hosts completely over exaggerate everything. Hands down, their watches carry this show and are the best of any shopping channel. I called customer service and got right through and my return was easy. I mailed my item back and got immediate credit for it. All in all they are just ok. Although, they cannot dare come close to QVC. HSN in my opinion is neck and neck with shopnbc! Can't trust them either! Shop QVC and get better stuff - little flex pays but way better quality and exceptional customer service.

I have bought many timepieces from Shop NBC, and will continue to do so. They offer all different price ranges of watches, and the brand selection is top shelf. I mostly like to view their watches on their live on air telecasts. Of particular interest is the shows which feature Ayal Lalo of the Invicta Watch Group, and David Mermelstein of Croton, they are fun to watch if you love watches. Host Jim Skelton also lends valuable information. Look, you can purchase a wristwatch most anywhere, but you'll hardly find great products at a fair price!

I had been a customer of ShopNBC for years, been satisfied with my purchase, and have not hat a problem with my purchase until last Christmas. I ordered an Invicta watch which they shipped via FedEx. However, FedEx left the package outside my apartment in New York City without my release. Consequently, I never received the merchandise. Now, they insist I have to pay for the item because I lost it. Customer Service and Loss Prevention Dept. is virtually non-existent; either you are put on hold or asked to leave a number (Don't bother, they will not return your call)

i have ordered 2 things so far from shopnbc and was very satisfied with the products that i have purchase the last item was a clerc mans watch very nice and the price could not be match or beat anywhere else i received it in 3 days and it was all that they said it was and some that they didnt mentioned it was a limited addition numbered!!!!retail 1200 to 1600 paid 600.00 and it came with a 5 year warranty from swi thanx will shop again and would tell everyone i know to try them out i tried shopathome tv once and they lie and dont deliver the products of higher quality that shop nbc carries so glad my local cable company drop them go cox and shop nbc!!!!

Without reservation, I can easily state that this is the worst of the TV shopping services when it comes to customer service. The average customer service phone wait is 40 minutes. Even when a product is defective they make it virtually impossible to recover the return shipping fees. Their on-air personalities glaringly overstate the value and product qualities.
If you request to speak to a supervisor their is never one available.

SHopNBC talks a great game but really does not walk it. I recently did my holiday shopping...needless to say for it to call itself ShopNBC does not help the NBC brand image. All my items arrive later then promise. Don't buy oversize items that can not be sent through UPS. You will never see them for a month or so.

Go to HSN...better items and beter service. You still get value pays and you can find reviews online on most items

I am especially fond of the overall quality of their merchandise, but have had numerous bad experiences with their customer service. Why they call it that, I'll never know, since service is not part of what they do. Most recently, I placed an order online and after one week called to check on it, as I had not received it. I was told that the order, on which I had used a promotional coupon, did not exist and that it was my fault for having placed it online... PLEASE ALREADY!!

I have purchased many items, mainly jewelry, from Shop NBC and am quite pleased with the quality and price. Clearance events are remarkable and the Pamela McCoy apparrel/accessories are spectacular. Absolutely no business reimburses for shipping charges!! On the few occassions when I have returned an item (too small, color not quite right) the process has been efficient. I do most of my holiday gift giving, birthdays, etc. shopping via ShopNBC and will continue to do so.

I have bought many fine jewelry items and have been very pleased. Those items that didn't meet my expectations were credited back to me within a reasonable time period.

Shop NBC is the ultimate resource for higher end pieces and the clearance pricing is remarkable. The other shopping channels do not even come close to the quality of merchandise offered by Shop NBC. I have professional experience with jewelry both as a manger for an exclusive department store in Beverly Hills and an estate jewelry purveyor so I feel that my opinion has a bit of weight.

I must say that I find their hosts amusing, somewhat annoying, but overall quite accurate in their product descriptions.

I ordered 2 items from them. One was a bedspread which was beautiful and nice quality but the other was a pair of earrings. The presentation on the earrings was very misleading and they turned out to be absolutely dismal. The worst is when I wanted to return them they not only did not refund me the shipping cost of sending those to them, but also they did not refund me for the original shipping cost. I think a TV Shopping company should use the savings they make on the rent by assuming the shipping cost when their customers are disappointed by the "real-life" aspect of their products. As it is, I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless it is a brand, boxed item so that you are sure of the quality.

I order two Tiffany style lamps from ShopNBC and couldn't be happier. One lamp was a gift and complete success and the other was for me. They were great prices, the shipping was a little high but still a great deal for the total cost. The expected delivery date was 2 weeks out but I received the lamps well before the expected date (like 5 days sooner). Ordering online was easy and I am completely satisfied with the purchase.
