So, I finally decide to purchase my sister a gift-- a $1,500 diamond ring. Can someone please tell me why SHOPNBC.COM sent me a totally different ring valued at $600.00 ?
To top it off I purchased (well at least I thought) the last size 9 ring!
I was told that I will be sent out a return shipping label a week and a half ago! I'm still waiting on it!!
This company sucks , their customer service reps are the WORSE! They act like it's not a big deal that they made such a BIG MISTAKE! Where is quality control? who is watching the packers/shipping department workers ? How and why are these MISTAKES allowed to take place?? Most importantly where is MY RING that I spent over a thousand dollars on??
I'm sickened over this experience. I find it incredible that this company will take a persons money with the QUICKNESS but will not take care to make sure accurate and courteous, EFFICIENT and RELIABLE service is being rendered in exchange!
I will probably shop with shopnbc.com again but will be nervous as a canary in a cage full of cats! I will only recommend them if you are using a coupon, they are offering free shipping and you have an excellent credit card company that will back you incase of some "mishap"
