October 2007 was my first experience with SHOPNCB.com, and never again, they are liars and thieves.
I ordered two winter coats, they were sent by mail without any delivery confirmation, the first coat got lost (so they say), and the second coat from excell leather company arrived with broken zipper, smelled so strong of chemicals I could not hang it in my closet or even consider wearing it in public and the leather was extemely stiff, had trouble bending my arms, returned the leather coat via tracking number, I verified excell leather company received the damaged coat 1 month ago, I have called SHOPNBC.com three times regarding my refund to my credit card and to stop the installment payments as of todays date no action has been taken to give me credit and stop the installment payments, my last call to customer service I received a message the waiting time would be 30 minutes and I waited the entire 30 minutes only to get a customer service person who told me giving me a credit and stopping the installments wasn't her job.
As for the first coat that never arrived, SHOPNBC.com sent me a form to get notorized to do a criminal background check to make sure I didn't steal the coat, (they are the theives) and they are still refusing to replace the merchandise or refund my money and stop the installment payments.
I don't understand I thought the people in MN were nice considerate people, this is one of the worst internet companies I ever encountered.
