I ordered a laptop computer and a flat screen TV Labor Day on Shop NBC. My computer came fine and I was satisfied with the product. My TV, although, was damaged in shipping (meaning it NEVER got to me) and I was never sent out a new one, or even notified until I found out for myself this had happened. I notified ShopNBC and they said they knew nothing about it, then they went to the UPS website where it gave an explanation of the damage. Instead of arranging another TV to be shipped and them dealing with UPS, which my company would have done no questions asked (especially if UPS had notes on their website tracking that they damaged the item and it NEVER was delivered). But, instead, I had to wait over 6 weeks to even show that they got notification of the damage to even get my money back. This upset me soo much I decided to return my computer as well. I set up the return and shipped it out and they have had the computer in their possession for 6 weeks already and I still have not received my money back. I was told I would have to wait up to two weeks more for them to "process" my return.
This company likes to hold your money for as long as they possibly can if you do not want their item. I realized I would not have my money back in a week or two, but 6-8 weeks AFTER they received the product back is ridiculus. AND, I did not get my money back for a TV I NEVER got for over 6 weeks! And the Customer Service (ha!) told me that if I had received the package damaged, they would have been able to send out a new one while the other was being returned! Get that!
I will never do business again with this company, if you want to order online, deal with QVC, Amazon, or Buy.com.
