I shopped with shop NBC for years and until recently was quite pleased. I know allot of their jewelry is overpriced but occasionally I found decent clearance deals and they also carry some watch companies that I like. Recently however I had 3 bad experiences in a raw with shop NBC and will never shop with them again! Case 1 : an item I bought from shop NBC got lost by the carrier shop NBC try their hardest not to give me my money back, they stalled, made me sign notarized affidavit and their customer rude as can be in the process! They did not return phone calls, they made me feel like a criminal even-though they had a tracking that showed the item was never delivered and was lost by the carrier Buyer beware!!!
Another issue is they will shamelessly charge you $20+ for express shipping but wont ship the item for 3, 4 weeks, when I asked for a refund on that they explained that the orders were considered advance orders (news to me) and once the item became available they shipped it using express. I don't consider receiving an item 28 days after purchased an express service!
Finally their return policy has became very difficult to handle, they say on T.V " take it home and try it for 30 days " but they put many condition in the box for successful return (I am talking watches), if you for example removed the tag to try on the watch they will not accept it back! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
More issues is their diamond jewelry: In many cases they sale substandard I2 and I3 diamonds as gem material, theses kind of diamond are almost industrial grade and are used at the cheapest of jewelry not rings that cost many hundreds or few thousands of dollars!
