The Better Business Bureau says it all HUNDREDS of complaints filed against this company http://search.bbb.org/Results.aspx?n=shop+nbc&add=&c=&st=&z=
for HORRIBLE customer service, fraud, you name it. I know - I purchased an 18k gold ring. I paid in full and did NOT use value-pay. I never received then item. Even after numerous emails to William Lansing - the CEO of the company - wlansing@shopnbc.com as well as a follow up phone call - I literally got his voicemail and left a message - I did not receive ONE RESPONSE! I sent in excess of 40+ emails to their customer service department that went unanswered (as I was never able to speak with a live customer service person) even though I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as file formal charge with the Attorney Genera's office for their rather fraudulent business practices. I was ALWAYS put on hold in excess of 15 minutes!! Their website states customer service is avail 24/7 which is completely false - customer service is only avail during limited hours and NOT 24/7!!!
And before you read the "5" star ratings - of the 9 people who gave this company a good rating - 7 of them have never rated another company...if you've taken the time to rate one company - why would you not rate others? Guess it's staff of ShopNBC making a feeble attempt and getting their rating up. Again - Check out the Better Business Bureau's website - HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS!!! And, read all the negavtive reviews - consumers keep saying the same thing over and over for a reason.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Stay Clear!
