I agree with the other individual who talked about Shop NBCs value payment. I ordered several things over the internet. Email was sent back to me and confirmed my order, as well as the value pays. The first of the value pays was put on my creit cards. Then a week later I don't even get a phone call or email. I get a letter stating that they could not honor their value pays. Well don't confirm it in the first place or at least have the common courtesy to email or call so different arrangements could be made if so wanted. By the time I received their letter, most of the items were already sold out, or they raised their price up by $300.00 per watch. Pretty crappy way of treating your customers. If I did the same in my business I wouldn't have any customers before long, but then again I'm not NBC. Get with the program Shop NBC and take better care of your potential customers. I am sending all of the watches that I have purchased from you in the last 30 days back to you, all 16 of them. And you know where you can put them, where the sun never shines. And since you didn;t care about that families XMAS, why should you care about our FATHERS DAY either.
