I ordered some electronic items and cartridges from them. Their website design is user friendly, and there are fair amount of variety on their products. Price ranges for the products are fair as well. They usually offer refurbished items as well. Order confirmation and shipping notifications are speedy. They ship the item according to your shipping method pretty fast. Orders are usually as described.

Once when I ordered, cartridges were correct. The only issue I have was, there seems to be a very low amount of red in the color cartridge as it prints very lightly. My old cartridge did not have this problem so I don't think it's the printer. Everything else works fine though.

I used their customer service once to return an item, a docking station by Targus. There were no problems in the ordering or shipping phases, and when my product arrived it wasn't exactly what I expected it to be. There were scratches and signs of harshly usage. So I decided to return the item. I should mention that the item was refurbished but I didn’t know that it means it comes with scratches and dents. I called customer service and send an e-mail regarding to return. Two days later they provided me a RMA number. But also they wanted me to pay for the return shipment which is the second biggest con about this website. They don't pay for returns and they charge you restocking fee. Even if the item is defective, you will get charged, refurbished items have scratches and dents, other stores classify these items as scratched and dent part not in refurbished category. So be careful when you order a refurbished item, don't even bother to order refurbished once from here you will end up getting scratched and harshly used item(s). And when you want to return it back you will need to pay shipping and restocking fee.

That's why I rate my experience with this site 2 out of 5. Be smart shop from Amazon, better customer service, easier return policy, more professional service. No headaches.
