I hope you are smarter than me and read the actual reviews before ordering from this company. How it got 4 checks out of 5 on epinions.com is hard to fathom. I experienced the same problems as others. I placed my order for an ac charger for my laptop (my other chargers cord was cut somehow so I was without my laptop). The website states this item will be shipped in 24 hours and takes 1-5 days to receive it. This is the ONLY reason I ordered from this site (I would have paid more to get it sooner). I needed my laptop for my teaching program and needed it by the next week. It took them 4 days to ship the item and another week before I received it. I emailed them 3 days after I ordered it, asking why it had not been shipped yet and that I needed it very soon. It took them 5 days to respond; the response being beyond worthless. They only told me it was shipped and goodbye. The charger is of poor quality (it is a very loose fit and continually falls out of my laptop).

If you need something and want the correct item of good quality sent to you, do NOT order from Shop4Tech. The customer service is shameful and their products are subpar.
