the worst scenario case ever! No Product, No Customer Service!

I ordered a white Japanese import PSP, the shipping time could have been better but when I opened the package, I found 2 BUTTER KNIVES!!!! I IMMEDIATELY called customer service and was asked if there appeared to be tampering. I said no that it was duct taped, which the cust. Rep (CR) fixated on. Then I was asked if the tape was clear, to which I said yes. UNBELIEVABLY, he says "but you just said duct tape." WTH?! I'm UPSET because I JUST got 2 LOUSY butter knives INSTEAD of my $200 PSP!!! AND CR’s fixated on that I said duct tape, not clear tape?? I took photos and emailed to the rep but after the duct tape moment, I felt he had decided against me. CR then filed a claim with UPS. I asked if maybe the mistake (aka THEFT!) occurred in the warehouse, then was told to be "impossible" since all products are tagged with bar codes (still can steal!). CR even stated that impossible for PSP to be swapped w/ 2 butter knives since no knives in their inventory but it's a warehouse so don't they have inventory from other places??? And the butter-knives-not-in-inventory excuse is not valid since someone OBVIOUSLY replaced the PSP w/ TWO BUTTER KNIVES b/c I got 2 knives instead of a PSP!! So basically, he had me reorder, didn’t give me refund because they have to "investigate" for god knows how long since CR neglected to tell me. I feel very frustrated and dissatisfied that this problem will be resolved in my favor (which would be SO UNFAIR!) due to the very shoddy customer service I got, especially in the face of such an upsetting incident.
I am an avid internet shopper and this is the FIRST time this has EVER happened to me!! I have received LCD’s and other expensive items (hard drives, routers, mp3 player) in more obvious packaging MANY times from both UPS and the USPS with NO problems!!! Why ONLY shop4tech??
Even if they FINALLY give me a refund, I will NEVER shop at Shop4tech.com again!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Pros -
1. Price
2. Website Design/Layout
3. Orders in your Account Summary
4. Free shipping (Don't know if it applies to all products)
5. Coupons

Cons
1. Customer Service - (This is a BIG one)
2. Shipping time (also shop4tech is emblazoned across the box though that hasn’t been a problem for me before)
3. Ethical business practices - such as packaging a PSP instead of two butter knives (which is the MOST random thing ever!)
