Each of my 3 shoe purchase experiences with Shoes.com have been great. I will continue to shop shoes.com as the selections are endless and my hard-to-find size can be found in abundance with many manufacturers.

Delivery was quick and the price was competitive, but the return process has been a nightmare. I returned an order on April 24 using the pre-paid shipping label that Shoes.com provided. As of today (May 23) I have yet to receive a refund or even a confirmation that my order was return was received. The pre-paid label has no tracking information on it and the USPS won't allow you to add Delivery Confirmation to it. I've called customer service 6 times now and every time I'm told to just wait a little longer. Once I was told that a supervisor would call me back, but I never received a phone call. Personally, I would never shop at Shoes.com again. Zappos is much better in my opinion.

I love the convenience of how shoes.com does business and the quality of the merchandise was excellent. The packaging was reassuring and appreciated. The only thing I could think of improving is the turnaround time, which isn't bad, considering shipping is a free service, but could be better. With the overall prices consistent with stores I have to drive to, with today's gas prices, i will make 80-90% of my future shoe purchases from shoes.com; and, i provide shoes for my family, as well as several of my nieces and nephews. ordered shoes on a saturday (two day deliver) expected an e-mail on monday sometime stating that the order had been placed and shipped, never received this e-mail so i called and was told that the shoes WOULD be sentout that evening and i would receive my shoes Wed. Wed came and went with no shoes so, i called yet again and was told that the shoes are coming from a new distrubution center and i would receive them no later than Fri. In the meantime i was to leave for vacation on Fri in the am no time to wait for shoes so, i called UPS and had them hold the shoes at that location rather than putting them on the truck. Picked the shoes up and headed for vacation opened the box and had a size 13 mens Bass lofer. not very good service!!! jenn
