I think it's wonderful that you have free shipping and free returns. Shopping for shoes is virtually impossible without trying them on, especially if you don't have the "average" size foot. (Mine being short and wide.) I love your selections too!

I have a very difficult time getting fitted with shoes due to a narrow foot. Shoes.com made it easier to find the narrow styles and when I had to return a product, Shoes.com made it simple enough that I would definately re-order. In the past I have stopped using a merchant because the return procedure was time consuming. Due to my narrow foot, returns are frequent until I find the right fit.

This was the first time I ever used this site. I chose overnight delivery at checkout. I thought when I paid for overnight delivery, I would get it the item overnight. I thought, I was getting the item overnight, in time for a birthday. I did not get it overnight. Upon further checking, elsewhere in the website, I read there was a time deadline. I think customer, especially when paying extra for overnight, should be notified at checkout, not elsewhere on the website, about the time deadline and whether or not they will get the item overnight. That way they are making fully informed decision involving paying extra on shipping. I feel very misled. I would have changed my shipping method, if I would have know this at checkout, instead of waiting for and not getting the item. Only to find out later I missed a deadline. I am not dumb, nor stupid. I got what I wanted, just not when I expected. Yes, the site was easy to use, but most websites disclose the extra information right at checkout and not elsewhere.
