Totally agree with the last post! Don’t expect to receive your order any time soon.
I placed my order over the weekend, the amount has been charged to my credit card on the day I ordered, but my order is still in "Processed", still don't know when they are going to ship out my order........errrr...

I sent an email to their customer service and try to find out what is the hold up, their response was “We apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred; however, your order does not have a tracking number assigned to it. An email will be dispatched once this information has become available. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery, via UPS.”

It does not help at all, I am very interested to find out why take them so long to ship my order but take so little time to charge to my credit card………….I guess their accounting department work a lot harder than their shipping/packing department…

So, I tried to call their customer service 1-888-233-6743, got put on hold for 5 mins then got cut off, try to call back again numerous time and keep getting the busy signal, what the heck!!

I got spoiled by Zappo.com and was expecting shoes.com has the same fast and good service, well; i was wrong and very disappointed!!

Still waiting on my order to ship ............hopefully I will get my order before the November presidential election.....
