Totally agree with the last post! Dont expect to receive your order any time soon.
I placed my order over the weekend, the amount has been charged to my credit card on the day I ordered, but my order is still in "Processed", still don't know when they are going to ship out my order........errrr...
I sent an email to their customer service and try to find out what is the hold up, their response was We apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred; however, your order does not have a tracking number assigned to it. An email will be dispatched once this information has become available. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery, via UPS.
It does not help at all, I am very interested to find out why take them so long to ship my order but take so little time to charge to my credit card
.I guess their accounting department work a lot harder than their shipping/packing department
So, I tried to call their customer service 1-888-233-6743, got put on hold for 5 mins then got cut off, try to call back again numerous time and keep getting the busy signal, what the heck!!
I got spoiled by Zappo.com and was expecting shoes.com has the same fast and good service, well; i was wrong and very disappointed!!
Still waiting on my order to ship ............hopefully I will get my order before the November presidential election.....
