I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Shoes.com.

I've never had to deal with customer service because every order has gone through flawlessly, so I can't speak to their issue resolution process. But I can speak to the order process. Shipping is always free, and although it's advertised as regular shipping, the last three times I've received my items next day. Returns are just as easy. You have 365 days to return your order, as long as the shoes show no signs of being worn. You simply print out a return label on the website, and drop it off at UPS for a free return. I've gotten credit back for the return in about 4-5 days.

Each time, the shoes have been carefully packaged and are clearly brand new, with no signs of previous wear.

The prices are also hard to beat. There's a Saturday sale on the second Saturday of each month that offers a wide selection at greatly reduced prices. They also offer a 115% price guarantee in case you find the same item cheaper within 10 days.

But the best part about it to me is the huge selection. I live in an area where it's hard to find a wide variety of styles. So it's great to be able to find unique, stylish shoes and get them delivered right to my doorstep.

I've only found a couple of drawbacks to using Shoes.com. One is the exchange program. You will not get the original price for an exchange, you only get the current price. So if you bought it on sale, and need a different size, you may have to pay more to exchange it or wait for it to go on sale again. Because of this the exchange program is pretty useless. Since shipping is free, you may as well put in a new order so that you're item will be shipped right way instead of having to wait for your return to be processed. The other drawback is a scarcity of specific sizing information about the shoes. I would like more information about how shoes fit, such as this shoe fits true to size, this one runs a little big, etc. This would have saved me a couple of returns in the past, but it's only a problem if you're trying out a new brand.

Overall my experience has been excellent. I would recommend this site to anyone, and I have recommended it to my friends in the past.
