Shoes.com has TERRIBLE customer service!!! Spend your money at Zappos instead!

I received a coupon in the mail for 20% off EVERY pair of shoes. The coupon doesn't have any "fine print" and doesn't state that there are any exclusions. So I try to purchase two pairs of sale Cole Haan shoes and a pair of regular price Aerosoles. The coupon doesn't work on the Cole Haans. I email Shoes.com's customer service, and receive no response. I email again, and receive a completely non-apologetic response that coupons don't apply to sale and designer merchandise. I would be ok with that if the coupon actually said that it didn't apply to sale/designer stuff, but it didn't. I think this is called "false advertising," and is illegal in California. D
