Shoes.com rocks! I've purchased several pair of shoes from them over the years and am a loyal customer and will continue to remain so. They have great designers - Via Spiga, Cole Hahn, etc. And great sales that are significantly better than Zappos. And 20% off 1 Saturday a month. There’s also free shipping, which is most certainly a huge plus when you have to factor that into a pair of new shoes. I just purchased an AWESOME sexy pair of black strappy Via Spiga sandals that I have been eyeing for a few weeks now for $89.99. Zappos.com on the other hand also has this exact shoe – however not only are they not on sale at Zappos, they are still at full price at $165 - that's a HUGE difference. Guess that's why you're getting "free" return of shoes you don't like on Zappos. While Shoes.com does not offer that - the prices are better and the site is MUCH easier to navigate. There’s even a section to save favorite shoes. They give you a variety of options to actually view the shoe, taking pictures from just about every angle humanly possible – giving you a close up look as you would get if you actually had the shoe in your hand.
