Purchase made on Wed evening the 5th. Suppose to get 2-working day shipping. Also, an e-mail shipping notification that has not been received. The only thing I have received to date is an order confirmation & this survey. From my point of view, you falsely advertise since you have none of the things your site said would happen. I assumed (an error on my part) that your web site was some how or another affiliated with H & H, so no - I won't place orders again with you! Hopefully, some day I will get notification or something that confirms the boot being shipped, or refund in being processed.

The fastest shipping from an online merchant ever! My shoes made it all the way from Maine to Ohio in about 2 1/2 days. I saved a lot more by shopping at Shoeline than I would have buying the shoes at a bowling alley!! Plus, my husband needed a wide shoe and those weren't available at Dick's Sporting Goods (store) where we originally looked.

It seems unfair that you offer discounts and free 2nd day shipping when you complete the order. It makes me feel very dissatisfied with your website. Although when I complained in an e-mail, they responded quickly with the 10% discount. I had planned to order 2 pairs, but luckily there was a credit card glitch and I only ordered 1...so I could get the 10% savings on the second pair and the 2nd day free shipping. It seems as if there must be a better way to improve your customer service.
