I was very pleased with the ease of searching for and ordering the shoes I wanted. The delivery was quick and if I need to exchange them the shipping is free. Also, if I need to send them back they have already provided a shipping label and the cost is on $5.95. These are the reasons I shopped there and would do it again!

shoeline had the item i wanted, but the delay in receiving it has turned me off the whole company. 2 days after ordering my clogs from shoeline, i found a similar pair at zappos, ordered them, and received them 2 days ago. i'm still waiting for the shoeline order to arrive. not too happy.

Good shoe but I have to return as it seems to be bigger than the shoe size. I normally wear and 11.5, I ordered a 12. Even though it is a 12 it fits more like a 13. Too much room at the toes.

My only problem is, I wonder if they are getting deffected shoes because both times I have ordered from this company the shoe sizes seem to be off. Otherwise my experience has been great

Service was excellent; exchange went well; but why didn't I receive delivery or tracking info. on the replacement pair?? (They just suddenly appeared outside my door!) I expect good wear from the Dexter shoes- previous pairs have lasted me for years and years!

I have NOT been notified that my orders have shipped and only yesterday (Tuesday) received a reply to a question I emailed Friday. If they have NOT been shipped, I'm ready to cancel the orders. I understood that I should receive my orders within 2 days and have heard NOTHING. Gaye Watson

I made an order. It took 5 days to recieve a tracking number and confirmation. The day I got the confirmation, the shoes arrived. At that time I had already reordered the shoes because I had never heard from shoeline after SEVERAL emails and phone calls. Now I am waiting for the reply (5 days now) to confirm that my second order for the same product was canceled. I will not shop here again because of the lack of communication.
