I was lured into buying a pair of expensive Ecco boots from shoebuy.com because they were $30 cheaper than from Amazon. Although they said that they had them in stock it took a week for them to even start to ship. Once I got them the shoes seemed fine until I found out what real Ecco shoes are like! The shoes I got did not have genuine Ecco insoles. They weren't even imitation insoles; they were made out of thick. coarse, polyster fiber and of course they were painful to wear. I finally went to an Ecco store and got some replacement insoles for $25. The replacements feel much better. I didn't get such a good deal after all.

I got tired of paying full price for quality shoes. I searched for on line sellers and after reading their reviews I decided to try Shoebuy.com. I am so glad I picked them. Their web site worked well, no confusion. My order was placed on a Thursday night and I received notice that it was shipped on Monday morning. I tracked it with the UPS link provided. It arrived on Thursday in perfect condition. I especially likes the return slip provided detailing the 60 day return policy and the fact that I could obtain a prepaid return slip. Their site was GREAT! Pricing, quality, delivery service were all right on. I recommend them 100%!!!!

I ordered running shoes from Shoebuy.com. I never received any email from them confirming the order or telling if the order shipped. After reading bad reviews about the shoes I ordered I tried to cancel my order assuming it had not shipped since I never received any notice. I was told that the shoes had shipped and that I would receive them in four days via UPS. Four days have come and gone but I never received the shoes and still have received no email(s) from Shoebuy.com. However my credit card was very promptly charged for the shoes. Funny how they always get their money no matter how bad the service! I will not order from them again until they develop a better system.

Don't believe there price guarantee...it's not true. I found a pair of shoes $10 cheaper and they waited to get back to me when the price on the other website was no longer cheaper. It's a scam. The customer service is negligent as well.

Shoebuy was prompt in their product shipment. Selection is good. Unfortunately, doesn't carry Nike.

The experience was amazing. The only problem I had was that the picture of the boots that I purchased looked nothing like the boots that came in the mail. I didn't like the boots, so I requested an RMA #. You were more than helpful in getting me a return # and a pre-paid return label. That was amazing!! Thank you!!

Shoebuy.com does not have a free return policy as they brag about on their website. I purchased 6 pairs of shoes from this website and needed to return 3 of them, I had to pay to return 2 of the 3 pairs that I returned. I am a very careful Internet shopper and read all return information thoroughly, the policy that they live up to is not posted anywhere on their website, I asked to see it and they had to email it to me, because it does not appear on their website. BEWARE when shopping from this website, they are deceitful in their advertised policy, they do not hold true to it.

Weeks after I made my purchase I received an e-mail from them stating that my order was being canceled because they didn't have the shoe in stock. They did offer a discount on another purchase if made soon, but I had ordered what I wanted after doing quite a bit of research.

Thought I chose 13M for shoe size in drop down box, but somehow was ordered as 15M. When received wrong size shoe, called and a return UPS lable was immediately emailed to me. When shoes received back by them, they sent prompt email letting me know of refund. 2 days later, though, and still waiting for refund to show up in my account so can't comment as to that yet.

I am very disappointed. I ordered shoes in hopefully plenty of time to get to me, any reputable business would have had them here by now, or atleast have shipped them. I was supposed to have them for tomorrow for my bridal gown fitting, in a week from the order, but not only did I find out expedited shipping was not available, I come to find out they hadn't even shipped it yet, 5 days later? I even asked to get expedited shipping, I would pay more, but on my brand I ordered it's unavailable? Doesn't that sound crazy? If it's in their warehouse, they should be able to ship it however I want it. They probably order it from somewhere else. Don't order from them if you want anything anytime soon, I definitely will never be ordering from them again.

Update: I got the shoes today, a week later, with no shipment notification or anything, and they sent the WRONG COLOR. The packing slip clearly states pearl, and they sent me black. More hassle with these folks.

Their prices are good, but don't count on their shipping or warehouses to be reliable.

While the site was easy to use, they did not meet their agreement as far as delivery times. It has been over a week since I placed my order and it still hasn't even shipped yet. When I called customer service, they said it would ship out soon, but they didn't care that they were over their shipping service level agreement. In addition, their customer service representatives I spoke to were rude and not helpful. It is too late for me to cancel my order because I need the shoes and don't have time to wait to process the order at another site, but I will never use them again and hope you don't, either! I make a lot of purchases on-line, so I know what to expect as far as other sites and their delivery times so I know this is not the norm.
